The biggest day for first invites so far was Friday, Oct 9, when 10 programs sent their first. 49% of the programs that have sent have done so on more than one day.

When PM&R programs sent interview invites last cycle

Last cycle’s first reported PM&R invite came on Sep 24. Half of programs had sent their first invites by Oct 15. The single biggest day was Monday, Oct 13, when 9 programs sent their first invites. By Nov 1, 83% of programs had sent, and by Dec 1, 94%. Of the programs that had sent by this point last cycle, 65% sent more invites later.
