  • 19-20Two rotators in 2019/20 described very high trauma volume with 2-3 dedicated trauma ORs, strong autonomy starting early, and a mentorship model. Rotators noted visiting DO residents shared trauma and tumor coverage, with mixed impressions on resident camaraderie. Weaker joints experience.
