  • 21-22Rotator in 2021/22 described very high case volume, extensive senior-resident operative time, and a service-heavy junior experience with no PA support. Formal didactics were limited, and residents developed strong clinical and procedural skills through experiential learning. Residents worked long hours throughout training.
