23-24Rotator in 2023/24 described a well-regarded program with broad operative exposure, long hours, and a faculty group invested in teaching. Rotator noted 7-8 co-rotators, an end-of-rotation presentation, OR staffing and turnover issues, and mixed engagement with rotators.
20-21Rotator in 2020/21 described well-balanced operative experience across subspecialties, reasonable call after PGY2/3, well-organized didactics with a heavy academic focus, and strong fellowship placement. Rotator noted limited diversity among residents and trauma volume that appeared seasonal.
19-20Rotator in 2019/20 described long hours across services with early pre-rounds, 6am conference, and busy joints/spine/trauma rotations. Faculty and residents were well-regarded and appeared happy despite a demanding workload.
